With a deep background in real estate acquisitions, operations, and private investments, Todd leads Iron Street Capital’s strategic vision — focusing on sourcing high-quality assets, unlocking value through disciplined management, and delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns across diverse market cycles. Prior to founding Iron Street Capital, Todd built and still currently runs a corporate and commercial real estate law firm in Atlanta Georgia.
Todd has advised on over $3 billion in commercial real estate and private equity transactions and has raised over $25 million in private capital from investors. Todd is committed to prudent stewardship of investor capital, operational excellence, and a long-term investment philosophy that emphasizes both wealth preservation and community impact.
