What We Do
Investment strategies.
Three related strategies, underwritten with the same discipline: buy quality below replacement cost, improve it directly, and hold it on a timeline that serves investors.
Strategy 01
Multifamily Real Estate
Owning and operating Class A and B multifamily communities in metropolitan markets with durable demand.
Iron Street acquires and operates multifamily assets in targeted metropolitan areas with strong economic growth. We look for well-located communities where the underlying real estate fundamentals are stronger than the price the market has assigned them.
Value is created through operational improvements, targeted renovation programs and disciplined rent optimization, executed by a team that manages the assets directly rather than at arm’s length.

Senior Healthcare Real Estate
Assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing assets, held with experienced operating partners.
