Todd N. Robinson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Iron Street Capital, where he leads the firm’s acquisition, financing, and investment strategy across multifamily real estate, senior housing, and select alternative investments. Raised in Athens, Georgia, Todd earned his law degree and built his career at the intersection of law, capital formation, and commercial real estate. He also serves as Founder and Managing Partner of Robinson Franzman LLP, where his legal practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, securities offerings, investment funds, and complex financing matters.

In addition to practicing law and investing in real estate, Todd mentors real estate investors seeking to grow and scale their portfolios through Multifamily Dealmakers, a private real estate mastermind. Drawing on his experience as both an attorney and an operator, he helps investors approach acquisitions, capital raising, deal structuring, and portfolio growth with greater discipline and sophistication.

Emmy Tawah supports Iron Street Capital’s investor relations function, including investor communications, onboarding, reporting, and ongoing engagement. She works closely with the firm’s leadership to provide investors with timely information and a responsive, professional experience.

Shivangi Mishra supports Iron Street Capital’s acquisition and investment activities through market research, financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence. She works with the firm’s leadership to evaluate prospective opportunities and monitor existing investments.
